Wrong-Way Crash Kills Motorcyclist On Eastbound SR 520
Troopers are investigating a wrong-way crash that killed a motorcyclist on SR 520.

MEDINA, WA — Eastbound lanes of State Route 520 were fully blocked in Medina after a deadly wrong-way crash killed a motorcyclist Friday morning. Troopers said a truck heading west in the eastbound lanes hit a motorcycle, killing its rider, near 84th Avenue Northeast shortly before noon. The driver is cooperating with investigators, but it is not yet known how he ended up ended up in the wrong lanes. All eastbound lanes were closed between 84th and 92nd Avenue Northeast. The road reopened shortly after 2 p.m.
