Wild Ginger and àMaurice cellars team up to create 2009 “Confucius Says” Red Table Wine Dinner

In partnership with àMaurice Cellars, Wild Ginger will showcase its 2009 “Confucius Says” Red Table Wine with a dinner on Thursday, July 14th at 6:30 p.m. Guests will be able to try Confucius Says, along with Anna's delicious, and critically acclaimed wines from àMaurice Cellars.  Dinner will be accompanied by delicacies created by Wild Ginger Executive Chef Jacky Lo.  The dinner will also provide the only chance to purchase a case of Confucius Says: after July 14th, the wine will only be available in the three restaurants.  The cost for the dinner is $69 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Call (425) 495-8889 to make a reservation.
