Firefighters Battle Flames At Northwest Bellevue Home
Smoke from a Bellevue house fire could be seen for miles early Monday evening.

BELLEVUE, WA — Bellevue Firefighters made quick work of a house fire that sent up a large smoke plume Monday evening. Crews were called to the 1400 block of 110th Avenue Northeast shortly before 5:30 p.m. Social media posts showed smoke could be seen from as far as Renton as crews went on the offensive. Bellevue Fire said a majority of the flames were extinguished by 5:45 p.m. and no one was found inside the home. Investigators are still working to learn the fire's cause.
