favorite classic songs of the past be performed in a new upbeat jazzy style? OH YES. And the seven singers of GROOVE FOR THOUGHT do just that,
combining the swinging style of The Manhattan Transfer with the smooth sounds
of Take 6.

Groove For Thought appeared on NBC’s “The Sing Off” in
2010, winning rave reviews! And the following year opened for Jay Leno in
Vegas.  Locally they have performed in
the Pacific Vocal Jazz Festival, Live at Benaroya Hall, and numerous other
musical summer festivals.

Joining
Groove For Thought in concert are several local choirs; Bellevue High School Bellairs, Chinook Middle School Mad Scatters,
International High School iJazz, and Monroe High School’s Intrinsic group for
an amazing night of vocal jazz.
