Happy Ending For Bellevue 'Angry' Pants-Wearing Dog

The story of the little dog found abandoned in the cold at a Bellevue park ends on a positive note.

BELLEVUE, WA - It all started with a Dec. 1 tweet from Bellevue Police: a blurry photo of a little white dog wearing a shirt and pants, snarling at a police officer who is trying to wrangle him.

That photo of the little clothed dog - who the police noted was "very angry" - went viral and appeared in media outlets from CNN to the Daily Mail in the United Kingdom.

The original photo of Robin, the formerly-angry pants-wearing dog.
Police found the dog in Robinswood Park in late November. The dog was apparently abandoned - his owner never claimed him - wearing pants and a shirt. He was turned over to King County Regional Animal Services, and after some caring rehabilitation by animal control technician Emily Ruppert, the terrier-Chihuahua mix, renamed Robin, was put up for adoption on Dec. 12.

Robin didn't last long on the adoption list. King County confirmed to Patch.com on Tuesday that Robin was adopted on Dec. 14.
