Making Espresso #1

WHAT:

Join us for our
first after-hours espresso class. As the first of a four part series,
this class will focus on espresso history, machine mechanics and basic
technique. We are
intentionally limiting the class size to 5 individuals so that all
participants recieve individual attention, and ample time behind the
machine. Each of the sequential classes are required as a prerequsite.
(1 before 2 and so on). Please come dressed in clothes that you don't
mind smelling like coffee when you leave. 1lb of our Single Origin
Espresso is included in the class fee.

WHO:

This series of
classes is geared towards the professional barista, home coffee brewers,
and anyone who wishes to develop espresso skills.

WHEN:

We plan to offer this class on a reoccuring monthly basis, so if you miss the one, no big deal.
