BELLEVUE, WA - After nearly two years under construction, the brand new Meydenbauer Bay Park in downtown Bellevue will have its grand opening on Saturday.

Plans for the park have been in the works for about a decade, but construction on the park didn't get underway until May 2017.

The new park will have a swimming beach, boat launch, an outdoor classroom space, a pier extending into the bay, and much more.
