This is home to MOSAIC Children's Therapy Clinic in Bellevue, where we serve thousands of special needs families. We moved to this location just 2 years ago and it took us 2 years to find it. A location that allows for our kids with sensory issues to have a quiet, park-like setting
Sound Transit is currently evaluating the entire Plaza 520 property, as well as adjoining properties up to and including the Acura Dealership, as a one of three possible Eastside locations for a future Sound Transit Link Light Rail heavy-industrial maintenance base for its trains. This would displace more than 100 small businesses and non-profits who call this site home, causing some to close completely. Should Sound Transit select the Plaza 520 property, all tenants would be forced to relocate.
