Person Assaulted In Bellevue After Photographing Car Prowlers
Two men possibly prowling cars at a Wilburton office park did not want to be photographed.

BELLEVUE, WA — A person was roughed-up by two possible car prowlers recently at a Bellevue office park for taking photos of the suspects.
The incident happened just before 11 a.m. on Friday at an office building along Southeast 8th Street just west of I-405. The victim spotted the two men prowling cars, and went to go confront them. The two suspects got in a "battered gold car," police said, and started to leave.
The victim then started taking photos of the car. One of the suspects emerged and assaulted the victim. The victim declined medical treatment, however.

Robbery, 14700 block of Northeast 39th Street
The suspect stayed at victims for a week, then brought over his male cousin and two females. They did drugs and robbed the victim and threatened him with a weapon. The victim jumped out a back window and fled. The suspects stole his items from the home and fled in a Maroon SUV. The Captain and detectives were notified.
Domestic Disturbance, 15400 block of Northeast 18th Street
The suspect attacked and threatened the victim with a weapon while they were sitting in a car. The victim was able to flee in his vehicle and the suspect fled the scene. K9 responded and the track the suspect for a distance. The Captain and Sergeant were notified.
May 14
Agency assist, 600 block of Bellevue Way Northeast
An officer located a male in distress walking down the middle of the roadway. The man reported that he had been a victim of a crime in Seattle a few days back. The officer took a report and forwarded it to Seattle Police.
May 15
Possession of Stolen Property/Drugs, 10200 block of Northeast 8th Street
Officers responded to a welfare check on a person who’d been in a car for five hours. When officers arrived to make contact, a computer check of the vehicle showed that both license plates and the car were stolen. When the suspect was arrested, officers found suspected drug paraphernalia and discovered a warrant. She was booked into jail.
May 16
Domestic Disturbance, 14500 block of Northeast 6th Place
Police responded to a domestic disturbance and discovered two male suspects had assaulted a female victim. The suspects were arrested and booked into jail.
Harassment, 3000 block of Landerholm
A suspect made an email threat against Bellevue College. Police requested assistance from Duvall Police in apprehending the subject. Duvall Police arrested the suspect. The suspect resisted arrest and fought with officers, causing serious facial injuries to a Duvall officer. As a precaution, Bellevue College security evacuated the campus and requested police help in traffic control.
May 18
Disturbance, Northeast 24th Street and 140th Avenue Northeast
Officers responded to a disturbance where a subject was confronting another person with a weapon. The subject followed the officer’s instructions and dropped the weapon. Police were unable to locate a victim. The subject was released, and the weapon was seized for unlawful display. The Captain was notified.
