PINKERTON OPENS NEW LOCATION IN SEATTLE

Site will house Pinkerton's Global Risk Group headquarters

Pinkerton, the global, historic risk management agency, has opened its newest office in Seattle, which will serve as headquarters for the organization’s Global Risk Group (GRG). Vice President of Pinkerton’s Global Risk Group (GRG) Brian McNary made the announcement.

Pinkerton’s new branch, which will be its second location in Washington, is located in Seattle’s growing north-end technology research corridor and is Pinkerton’s North America Regional Intelligence Center (RIC), and serves as the nexus of GRG’s technical, tactical, strategic, geospatial and R&D intelligence program disciplines.

Housed in a 3,000-square-foot stand-alone building, the site amenities, space use and technologies are designed to capitalize on Pinkerton’s collaborative and holistic approach to intelligence production. A high-speed and secure Ethernet and wireless infrastructure allows project collaboration by analysts and specialists of different disciplines on multi-touch, capacitive screens throughout the facility. The resulting real-time operational synthesis creates an unrivaled environment of agile, holistic and comprehensive situational awareness.

“As we continue to identify new ways to effectively and efficiently provide regional support for our clients, our new Washington location and headquarters of the Global Risk Group will be a valuable asset,” said McNary. “The enhanced support that GRG will provide us with results in an unmatched, all-source situational awareness, fueling enterprise planning, preparation and response decisions.”

The GRG’s mission is to provide protective intelligence support to all facets of Pinkerton operations worldwide, and directly support the embedded and outsourced intelligence needs of its clientele. Through Pinkerton’s Worldwide Networked Solutions structure of regional operations hubs and Pinkerton Vigilance Network Centers, GRG delivers world-class intelligence support in the form of analysis & reporting, tactical alerting, active and exception-based GPS monitoring, and holistic threat visualization. Pinkerton synthesizes open source data (governmental, social and news media) with organic Pinkerton Vigilance Network (TM) source contributions to distill credible, timely and relevant intelligence from the white noise of global information. The GRG also offers Weekly Intelligence Summary Reports, which can be downloaded for free here.
