About our speaker: Doug is a technical computer professional with over 30 years of experience mainly in the IT computer field. Over the last 6 years he has focused on Agile/Lean theory, including driving two feature teams at Microsoft and in parallel gaining a Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue, CSM, CSPO and SAFe certifications. Currently he is consulting freelance, coaching and providing corporate training in iterative solution development theories.
Doug will be presenting: Agile Evolving – A quick walk through the latest/most popular iterative processes today
Topics include:
- Quick model of traditional / Waterfall methods
- Intro to Agile/Lean and why it’s needed more now than ever
- A walk-through of core Scrum Artifacts and Ceremonies
