Police: Thieves Steal $20K In Vitamins From Local Stores
Police are asking for help in locating a duo of thieves who have swiped pricey vitamins from retailers around the region.

BELLEVUE, WA - Two thieves have allegedly stolen $20,000 worth of vitamins across the region since November 2017, according to police. Police said 39 year-old Justin Pederson 37-year-old Anita Thompson have targeted stores in Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond, Seattle, Mercer Island, Mountlake Terrace, Tacoma, and Vancouver.
Their strategy is pretty straight forward: they walk into a store, put a bunch of expensive vitamins in a reusable bag, and walk out.
“These types of organized retail thefts raise prices for everyone else, so we need to get these prolific thieves located and in custody,” said Bellevue Officer Seth Tyler.
