Only one lane both east and westbound on NE 8th is getting through at 134 Ave NE. Expect congestion for 4-6 hours. Blinding sunshine reportedly a factor in the crash. Please take you time and adjust for conditions. @BvueTrans pic.twitter.com/Z2hE6D5pGa
