Street Closure Coming Near Wilburton Park And Ride Lot

Construction related to the Bellefield Sewer Project will close a street near I-405 in Bellevue beginning April 10.

BELLEVUE, WA - Construction related to the Bellefield sewer replacement project will partially close a street in the vicinity of Southeast 8th Street and I-405 beginning April 10.

The sewer project will closed southbound 114th Avenue Southeast between Southeast 6th Street and Southeast 8th Street beginning April 10 for two weeks, according to the city of Bellevue. The closure will affect access to I-405 and the Wilburton Park and Ride from 114th Avenue Southeast.

  • Access to local businesses will be maintained.
  • The Wilburton Park and Ride will be accessible via Southeast Eight Street.
  • Sidewalks will remain open.

Transportation officials recommend drivers who use 114th to access I-405 to instead enter at Northeast 4th Street or use 112th Avenue Southeast to get to the Southeast 8th Street on-ramps.
