Stress Relief with Meditation a Friday evening Talk

Do you ever feel frustrated, irritated, tense, worried or anxious? So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.

In this talk, Western Buddhist nun Kelsang Jindak will present practical ways to overcome the most common sources of stress and anxiety with meditation. Join us for a Friday evening talk on overcoming stress and anxiety in daily life. Held at Northlake Unitarian Universalist In the Chapel 308 4th Ave S Kirkland, WA 98033 Everyone is welcome to drop in.  Cost $10 per person at the door.
