Bellevue Metro Bus Incident Ends Peacefully

BELLEVUE, WA - An incident at a city bus facility where a man barricaded himself inside a King County Metro bus has ended peacefully, police are saying.

Police took the man into custody after 7 p.m. Tuesday. The incident began at the Eastgate Park and Ride facility after 4 p.m. when a passenger became unruly. Passengers and the bus driver were able to get off the bus before the man barricaded himself inside it.

The incident disrupted bus service on Tuesday night at the transit facility.
