Total Wine & More Celebrates the 40th Anniversary of Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet with Live Webcast and Tasting on June 14
Total Wine & More, America’s largest independent
retailer of fine wine, spirits, and beer, is excited to announce An Afternoon
with Chuck Wagner: A Virtual Tasting event that will be held on Saturday, June
14 at 73 Total Wine & More stores across the United States.
Total Wine & More has partnered with Wagner Family of
Wine, owners of Caymus Vineyards, to launch this second annual,
live-via-webcast guided tasting in celebration of the 40th anniversary of
Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet.
“Through this tasting event, we are further elevating our customer
experience, providing a unique opportunity for our customers to sample Caymus
wines while learning more about the story behind these wines from the
winemakers themselves,” explains David Trone, who co-owns Total Wine & More
with his brother Robert.

Participants at the event will have the opportunity to taste
five delicious wines made by the Wagner family, including the 2012 40th
Anniversary Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
In addition, through live streaming in-store video, Chuck
Wagner will share the history of his family’s vineyard, along with personal
stories and behind-the-scenes details of the making and release of the
vineyard’s highly-anticipated 40th Anniversary vintage.

Customers attending the event will also have the opportunity
to participate in a live Q&A. Guests
may submit questions to the Wagner’s through team member hosts at local Total
Wine & More stores, or via Total Wine & More’s Facebook, or Twitter.
In addition, on the day of the event, attendees will save 15
percent on all Wagner Family wines, and will receive a special gift from the
winery.
Chuck Wagner, Owner and Winemaker of Caymus Vineyards, along
with his children Charlie, Joseph and Jenny Wagner, will host the virtual
tasting on Saturday, June 14 at 1 p.m. PDT / 3 p.m. MDT / 4 p.m. EDT.
Chuck Wagner joined his parents in 1972 to create Caymus
Vineyards, world-renowned for highly-rated Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
Today, Chuck and his children are proud to showcase quality Wagner-made wines
produced from the premier winegrowing regions of California, according to
Trone.
Total Wine & More’s virtual wine tasting event is $20
per person, and tickets can be purchased online at Eventbrite.com. Total Wine
& More stores in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida,
Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, New Mexico, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas,
Virginia and Washington will host this special event.
The Caymus tasting event will be held at Total Wine &
More stores throughout Washington, including: Bellevue , Federal Way , Lynnwood
, Olympia , Puyallup , Spokane , Spokane Valley , Tukwila , and Vancouver .
