1 Killed, 1 Injured In Auburn Accident
A collision on SR 167 Friday resulted in the death of a Spokane resident.
AUBURN, WA - A Volkswagen Golf was traveling northbound on SR 167 near 15th Street shortly after 4 p.m. Friday when it left the roadway, striking a tree and the overpass resulting in the death of the car's driver. According to state police, the driver was a 35-year-old female resident of Spokane. The passenger, a resident of Four Lakes, was injured and transported to Auburn General Hospital.
State police are investigating the collision.
