The Vice President of Research at the Washington Policy Center, Paul Guppy, will discuss Obamacare’s effect on the middle class. You have a chance to listen to and ask questions to someone who understands the intricate details and impact of the Affordable Health Act.

Paul Guppy is a graduate of Seattle University and holds graduate degrees from Claremont University and the London School of Economics. He’s worked, for 12 years, as a U.S. Congressional Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. In his current position at the Washington Policy Center, Mr. Guppy, writes extensively on tax policy, public finance, and other issues. He is a frequent commentator on radio and TV news programs. He also edits the Policy Guide for Washington State.
