Bonney Lake Man Injured In Head-On Crash Near Orting
The 56-year-old is facing a vehicular assault charge, according to Washington State Patrol.

ORTING, WA - A 56-year-old Bonney Lake man was involved in a serious head-on crash Saturday near Orting. The crash happened near 3 p.m. along Pioneer Way near 177th Street East.
According to state patrol, Timothy Wedlund drifted off the road and crashed into a sign. He then swerved to correct and hit a second vehicle head-on.
The driver of the other car, Sierrah Rodarte, 22, of Spanaway, was injured and taken to Good Samaritan. Rodarte's passenger, an unidentified juvenile, was also injured.

Wedlund is facing a vehicular assault charge in connection to the accident. Pioneer Way was blocked for about four hours due to the crash, according to police.
