Bonney Lake Police Share Details Of Lily Christopherson Case
The missing 15-year-old was found Sunday afternoon at a bus stop in Puyallup.

BONNEY LAKE, WA - In a brief press conference Monday morning, Bonney Lake police share a few details abot the case of Lileana "Lily" Christopherson, the 15-year-old who was missing for weeks and was found on Sunday in Puyallup.
Bonney Lake police spokesman Officer Daron Wolschleger said that a passerby spotted Christopherson at a bus stop. Her appearance had been changed, Wolschleger said, since the time she was last seen at home on May 9.
Wolschleger said a joint effort between various law enforcement agencies - including Bonney Lake police, the U.S. Marshalls Service, and the FBI - and the public led to a successful outcome. Wolschleger said he expects a $10,000 reward associated with the case to be honored.

He also had a word of caution for parents: be aware of what your kids are doing online.
When Christopherson left home May 9, police have said she traveled to Federal Way to meet a 39-year-old sex offender name Christopher Fitzpatrick. According to court documents, Fitzpatrick gave Christopherson drugs, raped her, and then sold her for sex.
