This project has one main goal: to make more people smile in Bonney Lake.
"This project is to inspire, motivate, celebrate, and give thanks to the members of our community using an original method - sidewalk chalk. Instead of a simple thank you card, a thank you drawing and note on the sidewalk for people in our community.
It will be done by writing motivational quotes and drawing graphics in sidewalk chalk for people walking, runners, bikers...anyone passing by!
This project idea was inspired by all the quotes and graphics posted in the Facebook news feed from friends. The thought was if seeing these makes me smile, then why not combine this idea with another thing that always generates smile from people... street art AKA sidewalk chalk art.
I want to help make my community a little more colorful and much more positive and happy. Smiles are contagious right? :)"
