BONNEY LAKE, WA - A local woman was injured in a crash Friday while driving along I-90 near Ellensburg in icy conditions, according to state patrol. The crash was one of dozens that happened during an ice storm Dec. 29 that brought freezing rain to Eastern Washington.

According to Washington State Patrol, Jennifer Hartman, 55, was driving westbound along I-90 around 6:30 p.m. Friday in her Dodge Ram when she lost control of the truck. The vehicle left the road and hit a wall, causing it to roll over. The truck came to rest alongside the highway.

Hartman was taken to Kittitas Valley Hospital for treatment. State patrol said she would be cited for failing to reduce her speed for the icy conditions.
