How to Increase Flexiblity

i got my middle splits by doing these stretches everyday, so if you want to increase flexibility, try doing these stretches. I usually do them 2 or 3 times a day

The first thing you want to do is warm up. This will help prevent you from any injuries such as pulling a muscle. After you've warmed up you'll want to loosen your muscles/nerves. You can do that by rolling your head, arms, shoulders, and hips. This will also help prevent injuries.

Once you're all warmed up and loose you can now begin stretching. Start by standing with your feet hip width apart and bend froward and touch your toes if you can then bring your feet together. Now sit down and put your legs in front of you and open them as far as you can, this is called a straddle. Reach for your left foot then your right then the center. Pull your legs back in together and reach for your toes and make sure to keep your back straight.

After that, go in to a lunge with your left leg in front then your right leg. Now sit on your knees and lay backwards. Finally try to do a right leg split, a left leg split, and a middle split. Once you got atleast one of your splits down try to do an over split which is when one leg is higher then the other. For example it could be on a stack of mats.
