Lakeland Hills Continues to Grow
Wonder what all the construction is about? Chase Bank coming to Lakeland Hills.
People driving past Lakeland Hills Town Center in the past weeks may have noticed a sudden flurry of construction activity.
Earth movers are busy at the intersection of Lake Tapps Parkway and Lakeland Hills Way and at the vacant site just to the east of the Conner Homes development.
According to the City of Auburn planning department, a new Chase bank is slated for the site across from Walgreens at 6950 Lakeland Hills Way. The planning department estimates completion for late summer or early fall 2011. While other businesses may ultimately share the location with the bank, Chase is the only business slated for now.

Further east on Lake Tapps Parkway, construction has begun on the Four Lakes apartment complex. Four Lakes will ultimately have 12 new buildings of 2-3 bedroom apartments ranging from 800-1100 square feet. Covered parking will be provided with carports and some individual garages. The complex will include a clubhouse and sports building. Four Lakes is scheduled for completion in 18 months.
