Rediscovering the Outdoors Through the Eyes of an (Almost) 3 Year-Old

As neat as it is finding some of the places again, its been a new and exciting experience seeing everything through the eyes of my (almost) 3 year old

I'm Georgia, a young mommy and wife, born and raised in the East Pierce County area. I have two adorable babies, a 2 month old daughter and an almost 3yr old son. I love being outside hiking, camping, playing, spending time with family and friends and cooking (oh and can't forget - eating what I've cooked!).

Lately I have been rediscovering all the local places I had fun as a child, places long forgotten about - trails, fun picnic spots, parks. As neat as it is finding some of the places again - walking along the Carbon River in Orting for example - its been a new and exciting experience seeing everything through the eyes of my (almost) 3 year old. Puts things into a new perspective, walking a long a trail stopping all along the way to smell this flower or pick up that rock and enjoying the views that are right there instead of focusing on the destination.

So follow us as we have fun and take time to enjoy the outdoors, rediscovering forgotten about play grounds, trails and other forgotten (or little known) places - through an (almost) 3 year olds eyes.
