Update: Car Crashes into Bonney Lake Safeway
Police report the vehicle has been towed and the store is open for business.
The elderly driver that crashed her vehicle into the Bonney Lake Safeway is OK and not injured.
Bonney Lake Police reported on Twitter earlier Thursday that a vehicle crashed into grocery store.
The damage was confined to the DVD rental area at the front of the store. The store is open while the clean-up from broken glass continued in the afternoon.

Officer Todd Greene said it appeared the woman hit the gas instead of the brake. She showed no signs of impairment.
