Deputies Search For Car Theft Suspect

PIERCE COUNTY, WA — Sheriff's deputies are looking for a car theft suspect who has been spotted all over the county.

According to the Pierce County Sheriff's Department, back on June 24 the man in question boarded a bus at 182nd and International Boulevard in Seatac. From there, he rode the bus until it arrived at the 512 Park & Ride where he got off.

Just three minutes after getting off the bus, deputies say the man was stealing a green Honda Accord from the Park & Ride lot. The car was found abandoned two days later outside a motel on S. Hosmer Street in Tacoma.

Deputies are asking anyone who recognizes the suspect to call the Pierce Transit Police Department.
