February 7: Collection Education Month - "Outstanding Outboards"

From Evinrude to Champion, Johnson to Mercury, learn about outboard motors of the past! For those who remember when Martin, Champion and Scott-Atwater were familiar names and enjoy boating, or even if it’s your first time dipping your toes in outboarding, this presentation about vintage outboards will be perfect for you! The presenter will be Larry Stevenson, an outboard motor connoisseur who has collected hundreds of outboard motors over the years (and he has donated several dozen of his personal collection to be displayed by the LeMay Family Collection). Whether you don’t know the difference between a 2-stroke and a 4-stroke, or you’re a lifelong lover of outboards, come and learn something new from a true expert!
