Handicap parking is always an issue. Something that might clarify and educate people about the differences in the different spaces might reduce the frustration. The space with the larger loading zone is for vans with ramps. These spaces are usually marked van accessible. The spaces with the loading zone at the rear are for rear loading ramps. Dept of Lic. doesn't tell us this information when we get our parking permits. If someone doesn't have to deal with this it just doesn't occur to them. I hope these explanations will help relieve some of the frustrations with handicap parking.
