Last Call To Claim Remains Of 56 People Who Died In Pierce County

BONNEY LAKE, WA - Pierce County is sending out a last call to claim the cremated remains of 56 people who died in the county between August 2009 and August 2016. The people hail from cities across the county and have never been claimed by anyone. If the remains are not claimed, Pierce County will scatter the ashes across Puget Sound later this month.

To claim remains, contact the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s office at (253) 798-6494 before Aug. 28.
