Missing Bonney Lake Teen Was Kidnapped By Sex Offender: Charges

BONNEY LAKE, WA - Two people were arraigned Tuesday on charges related to the disappearance of Lileana "Lily" Christopherson, the Bonney Lake 15-year-old who left home May 9 and has not been seen since.

Christopher Fitzpatrick, 39, was arrested over the Memorial Day weekend. Fitzpatrick, who was an unregistered sex offender, and Maria Anne Counts, 29, are facing charges of kidnapping, promoting sex abuse of a minor, third-degree child rape, possession of child pornography, and providing drugs to a minor. Both pleaded not guilty to those charges.

According to charging documents, Fitzpatrick's ex told police "his 'thing' is keeping young girls drugged and to 'pimp' them out of hotels." The charging documents allege that Fitzpatrick did indeed sell Christopherson for sex. Police allegedly found naked photos of Christopherson on Counts' phone, which were used to advertise the teen on the internet.

Most recently, Christopherson was spotted in the Tacoma-Fife area with another woman, according to police. In the latest update on Christopherson's disappearance, police said they "are not certain" if the teen is being held against her will..

Patch has been following Christopherson's disappearance since mid-May. Initially, police thought she might be either in Snohomish County or in the Bonney Lake area with an 18-year-old man. Police later discovered that she took a bus to Federal Way on May 9 to meet with Fitzpatrick, who was wanted for failing to registering as a sex offender.

KOMO News reported Tuesday night that Fitzpatrick attempted suicide while in custody at the Pierce County Jail.
