Lily Christopherson Speaks Out About Human Trafficking

The Bonney Lake 15-year-old was missing for weeks and was a victim of human trafficking.

BONNEY LAKE, WA - The 15-year-old Bonney Lake teen who disappeared in May for nearly a month is speaking out for the first time about her experience with human trafficking. Lily Christopherson told KOMO News she wants to become active in preventing other girls from being trafficked.

Christopherson was last seen at home May 9. She traveled to Federal Way by bus to meet a 39-year-old sex offender name Christopher Fitzpatrick. According to court documents, Fitzpatrick gave Christopherson drugs, raped her, and then sold her for sex.

"I know that just being gone for a month, half of my soul is gone at least. They tried to steal me. Whatever afterlife you believe in, I hope they burn in hell," Christopherson told KOMO.
