Looking for Crafters/Artists/Foodies for upcoming 3rd Annual Local Show!!

Cost is $40 for Crafters ($5 discount if two tables) and $45 for business vendors. Size of space is 6x5’ (with 2’ space on at least one side between vendors). There is an optional $15 ad space in the brochure (see album for sample) which this year we will be doing a passport system so shoppers will have to see your table. We ask for 40 goodie items of some kind- does NOT have to be full size product. The last two years we have had a LINE to get in the door 1/2 hr early so this is VERY COOL.
Each year we showcase a charity- this year will be The Mom And Me Mobile Clinic who will be helping us at the door collect emails, do a head count, help with the Passport, and sell raffle tickets. We have an optional raffle basket door prize (great way to move old inventory and get more advertising for you) which goes to the charity.
We advertise with Facebook invite, group pages, and Business Pages through the Chamber, local Business Association, The Hungry Housewives regular page plus our Events page, the chosen charity’s page etc. We only allow ONE copy of our official invite to be created and on it we will have your business listed plus contact info if you pay for the ad space. We have multiple street signs, will have posted on our town’s reader board two weeks before, we use Craigslist, The Patch online paper, and we provide Facebook Cover Banners and flyers/jpeg invite for you to distribute. Your business name will be added to our brochure (contact info/ad space only if you pay) and we take photos of each booth with contact info for AFTER the event advertising for YOU!
