Motorcyclist Dies In Crash Along SR 18
The crash happened Sunday morning near the Green River, according to Washington State Patrol.

AUBURN, WA - A motorcyclist died Sunday morning in a high-speed crash along SR 18 near Auburn. The crash happened around 10:30 a.m. at milepost 6 along SR 18, near a bridge that crosses the Green River. The crash slowed traffic in the westbound lanes.
The westbound lanes of SR 18 were closed for more than two hours due to an investigation. Washington State Patrol reported that the crash may have been caused by "high speed coupled with distraction."
The Tacoma News-Tribune reported that the man was 22 and from Covington.
