Physicians Come Together to Help Bonney Lake Residents

celebrated their grand opening with a on Saturday, October 1.

"The City of Bonney Lake is excited about the project and so are we," said Cathy Mashburn, event coordinator for Cogdell Spencer + ERDMAN.

The event included free face painting, water, apple slices, goodie bags, caricature drawings, temporary tattoos, kettle corn from Denise Kuper Kentucky Kettle Corn, drinks from Mocha Motion and live music. Everything was courtesy of the physicians.

"It has been a tremendous collaboration between the groups coming together to support the community and make sure they had a compressive health care in one location," said Mashburn.

Mashburn said the project speaks volumes for all the physicians involved and the City of Bonney Lake have been awesome to work.

In 2008, physicians came together with the ambition to develop primary care services and provide medical specialty services to the community of Bonney Lake in one convenient location. The project is the first "Class A" medical office space to be located within the City of Bonney Lake and the surrounding area.

Construction of the 58,5000- square-foot building began in July 2010. It was designed and constructed by Codgell Spencer + ERDMAN.

The Bonney Lake Medical Building is a three-story building with services including Cascade Eye & Skin Centers, Diagnostic Imaging Northwest, Foot & Ankle Clinic, Sound Family Medicine Primary & Same-Day Care, Woodcreek Pediatrics, MultiCare Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, MultiCare Women’s Center, MultiCare Pharmacy, MultiCare Laboratory and MultiCare Internal Medicine (coming soon).
