Retired Cop Pleads Guilty To Gun Charge After Bonney Lake Incident
The incident happened after the retired Washington State Patrol officer left a Bonney Lake movie theater.

BONNEY LAKE, WA - A retired Washington State Patrol officer has pleaded guilty to a charge of shooting a gun in public.
Michael Cassaday, 59, pleaded guilty on Monday and received a deferred jail sentence. The incident happened on July 29 after Cassaday and his son left a Bonney Lake movie theater. The son was driving because Cassaday apparently had too much to drink; they got into an argument, and Cassaday fired a gun out the vehicle's window, according to reports.
