Steroid-Enhanced Beating At Bonney Lake Apartment Complex: Report

A bodybuilder on steroids beat his wife's boyfriend at a local apartment complex, according to a report.

BONNEY LAKE, WA - A 37-year-old bodybuilder is facing multiple charges after he allegedly beat his wife's boyfriend at a Bonney Lake apartment complex - including smashing the boyfriend's head into a railing - according to a report. The suspect is being held on $150,000 after a Friday court appearance.

The bodybuilder's wife is in the process of seeking a divorce, but her bodybuilder husband showed up at her boyfriend's apartment last Wednesday, according to the Tacoma News-Tribune, apparently just "to talk." Instead, the bodybuilder forced his way into the boyfriend's apartment, according to the report, and began choking the man.

The bodybuilder then threw the boyfriend outside the apartment and smashed his head into a railing up to 10 times. The beating only stopped after the boyfriend, who weighed 70 pounds less than the bodybuilder, according to the News-Tribune, was able to run away.
