Sumner Schools Make Early Call On Winter Weather
The school district has released the schedule for Thursday classes.
SUMNER, WA - Sumner School District has reported that school will start two hours late on Thursday due to winter weather conditions. There will be no preschool in the morning or afternoon and child care services will also be delayed by two hours. In addition, before-school activities and athletics are also canceled.
The National Weather Service reported that more than an inch of snow has already fallen in SeaTac.
