Tehaleh's Staycation Giveaway and New Builder

The New Year brings even more exciting new choices for home shoppers at Tehaleh, the Puget Sound’s top-selling new-home community. Lucky winners of the Staycation giveaway can look forward to one of four packages: a one-night stay at the Great Wolf Lodge packed with fun activities like an indoor waterpark, arcade and miniature golf; a day full of wildlife adventures at Northwest Trek including a thrilling zip line, tram tour and the chance to be a zookeeper for a day; a luxurious spa-treatment for two and a one-night stay at Alderbrook Resort and Spa; or an exciting weekend in Seattle including a night at the Westin, tickets to the EMP museum, the Great Wheel and a magical show at Teatro Zinzanni.

Oakridge Homes joins an outstanding lineup of Tehaleh builders: Azure Northwest Homes, Conner Homes, Lennar, Pulte Homes, Quadrant Homes, Richmond American Homes and Trilogy at Tehaleh. In anticipation of a great year to come, many Tehaleh builders are offering special promotions. Lennar is contributing up to 3 percent toward financing for buyers who close on a home by Feb. 25. Pulte Homes is offering buyers $20,000 in options on homes purchased before the end of February, and Trilogy at Tehaleh is extending $10,000 in incentives on all new homes built in 2015.

Oakridge will offer six floor plans and two new model homes opening in Tehaleh in May, with select floor plans up to 3,000 square feet.
