Trilogy at Tehaleh Club Enhances Baby Boomer Lifestyle
With new floor plans and a Northwest-themed resort club opening in 2015, now is the perfect time to discover Trilogy at Tehaleh.

Baby Boomers and empty nesters from Trilogy at Tehaleh are celebrating the finer things in life. βPeople used to think that their lives would slow down at this stage. At Trilogy at Tehaleh, they find their lives accelerating,β said Richard Obernesser, Washington Area Vice President of Shea Homes. These neighborhoods, for ages 55+, have become some of the most popular at Tehaleh, the Puget Soundβs top-selling new-home community.
With new floor plans unveiled in August as well as Seven Summits Lodge, a brand new Northwest-themed resort club, planned to be completed during 2015, now is the perfect time to discover Trilogy at Tehaleh.
Tehaleh is the only Trilogy community in Washington State to feature the brand new, thoughtfully designed Estate Series floor plans. These plans offer Northwest-centered features like spacious covered outdoor living spaces, 10 foot ceilings and single level, loft and villa options. Buyers also have the ability to personalize a homeβs primary living space to match their unique lifestyle with the innovative Shea3D home designs. Whichever floor plan they choose, Trilogy at Tehaleh buyers will appreciate the communityβs unparalleled outdoor amenities, including an extensive network of trails meandering through woods, wetlands and alpine meadows in the shadow of Mount Rainier.

Homebuyers are invited to tour Trilogy at Tehaleh this weekend and experience a hike on its 7.5 miles of trails. No visit to Tehaleh is complete without a stop at The Post for a handcrafted coffee at CaffΓ© Dβarte and a sandwich or salad from local CJβs Deli. Guests can take a seat outside and revel in the sights and sounds of nature with spectacular views of Mount Rainier.
Trilogy is abuzz in anticipation of the new club, planned to open in 2015. βEveryoneβs excited about the new club design,β Obernesser said. βItβs the result of years of cultivated expertise and customer feedback.β

Named after the seven iconic peaks of the Cascade Range, the Seven Summits Lodge has many unique features including a high-tech fitness center with rolling doors that will open the space up to the outdoors. Base Camp, a fully equipped personal fitness facility, is named after a common mountaineering term for a gathering place at the bottom of the summit. Flow Body & Mind is a combination artisan studio that can also be set up to host groups for on-demand fitness classes. Members will be able to choose from a variety of tailored workout programs taught by virtual fitness experts. Flow will also offer a space for learning new hobbies, including a kiln for use in ceramic classes.
Trilogy at Tehaleh homeowners will maintain a balanced lifestyle, enjoying all the modern amenities of the resort club, plus nature right out their back door. Parks like Sticks βN Stones and Sprouts Holler, close to Trilogy neighborhoods, will allow residents to live an active, outdoor lifestyle and make wonderful memories from visits with the grandkids.
After a day out on the trails, Trilogy homeowners and their guests can delight in an incredible meal at the clubβs farm-to-table dining venue, The Mantle. Or, they can cook up the dinner party of their dreams in the unique culinary studio, Hudsonβs Culinary Expeditions, with a deluxe demonstration kitchen that can be used for residents to bring a chef or invite their friends for a hands-on cooking class and dinner party. They can also participate in community-wide events like Tehalehβs popular Harvest Day in the fall.
Trilogy truly thought of every residentβs needs with 50 custom wine lockers, where residents can purchase and store their own wine collection and be served by the staff sommelier while relaxing with a glass in the comfort of the club.
βResidents can get their creative juices flowing here,β said Obernesser. βItβs a place where friends and family can explore activities that they enjoy together.β
One of those activities is the newest concept for indoor golf. The club will debut the Crowβs Nest, an area where residents can bring their golf clubs, savor a drink at the bar and play virtually on hundreds of famed golf courses from around the world.
Seven Summitβs Lodge was thoughtfully designed with the Baby Boomer consumer in mind. Itβs the kind of place that residents will want to show off to their friends and families.
Tehaleh is owned in a joint venture between two strong companies; North America Sekisui House, LLC (NASH), the U.S. business unit and full subsidiary of Sekisui House Ltd., Japanβs largest homebuilder and leading diversified developer, and American Newland Communities, LLC, whose development business, Newland Communities, is the master developer of Tehaleh. Collectively, the NASH-Newland partnership owns or manages more than 30 communities across the country.
βAnyone can create an area with spaces for gathering,β said Obernesser. βWe offer opportunities for relationships to grow at a deeper level and connect with nature. Thatβs the distinctive focus of Trilogy at Tehaleh.β
