Viewfinder: SHS Band Auction and Fundraiser
The SHS Band auction, dinner and performance brought families together for a night of music and 'A Note of Thanks.'

Overall, the SHS auction raised about $15,000 for the band program and about 400 people are estimated to have attended, said Carol Bucich, president of the SHS Band Parents Association.
"Considering the economy, we feel it was very successful," said Bucich. "This was the first year we offered dinner as an option (by Rick's Catering) and it seemed to be a real hit - the food was very good."
