Whipped Cream Addict Arrested For Assault
The suspect had a $1,500-per-month whipped cream can habit, according to the Pierce County Sheriff's Office.

ASHFORD, WA - He was either high on sugar ... or something else. Pierce County deputies recently arrested a 51-year-old man in the Ashford area for pushing his girlfriend. But inside the home, they found the reason why the man was acting so violently: dozens of empty whipped cream cans.
Deputies responded to the suspect's home on Sunday on a report of someone acting aggressively. When deputies arrived, the suspect and another man were screaming at each other. When the other man saw the deputies, he started to leave the home and told police, "[I'm] getting out of here because [the suspect] is crazy."
Inside the home, the deputies found the man uncooperative and agitated - and armed with two knives. Also inside the home, police found an estimated 50 to 75 cans of ordinary whipped cream, which the man was using to get high. He told the officers he was spending up to $1,500 per month on whipped cream cans.

For context, a can of regular old Reddi Wip costs about $2.89, so that's over 500 cans per month.
The suspect's girlfriend told police that he had pushed her, which the suspect blamed on his "increasingly out-of-control" whipped cream can habit. He was taken to jail on a charge of fourth-degree assault.
