Fallon Brown shot Paul Bailey IV at a home near Evergreen Point two weeks before Christmas in 2015.

BONNEY LAKE, WA - A woman who shot and killed her friend at a Lake Tapps home in 2015 was sentenced Thursday, according to the Tacoma News Tribune. Fallon Brown, 37, will serve just over 14 years in prison for the murder of Paul Bailey IV.
Brown shot Bailey in the basement of his Evergreen Point home on Dec. 13, 2015. Police found his body two days later.
After she shooting, Fallon, 37, went to Seattle and later confessed to the crime to Seattle officers. Fallon was said to have suffered from mental health problems - and Bailey was apparently trying to help her when she shot him, according to the News Tribune.
