Some rents in Clark County outpace Seattle's (camaspostrecord.com) ā If you rent in Camas, youāre paying a median $2,090 a month, slightly more than the median rent in Seattle, but with a much higher local median income. New data also show how Camas compares with nearby Lake Shore, Vancouver, Portland, and Seattle in the regionās growing affordability squeeze.

Part of Lacamas Regional Park remains closed as bridge replacement project continues (columbian.com) ā If you rely on Lacamas Regional Parkās northeast trails to walk, bike, or cross Camas safely, expect closures to continue into late November or early December while Clark County replaces a deteriorating bridge. Crews are installing a new prefabricated steel span and restoring nearby habitat, and officials urge visitors to avoid fenced construction zones for everyoneās safety. Ā Ā Ā

Legacy previously closed its Camas urgent care and other Washington clinics over financial pressures, and leaders say the new agreement helps but doesnāt fully resolve rising cost challenges. Ā Ā Ā
