Update: The Al Capone statue/gnome was recovered by Snohomish County Sheriff's Deparmtent officers in Mill Creek.

Edmonds resident Anthony April Jacques says her parents' statue of the infamous gangster was stolen from their property near 224th Street SW and 99th Place West Thursday night.
"I'm so mad about it because my dad has been battling cancer and is sick," said Jacques, who filed a report with the police.
