Arlo Guthrie Show in Edmonds Sold Out

Tonight's performance celebrates the man behind the classic song "Alice's Restaurant."

Music legend Arlo Guthrie is in Edmonds tonight, and the city has responded with a sold-out show at the .

Guthrie was born with a guitar in one hand and a harmonica in the other, being the eldest son of America’s most beloved singer/writer/philosopher, Woody Guthrie.

Guthrie's career exploded in 1967 with the release of “Alice’s Restaurant,” which premiered at the Newport Folk Festival and helped foster a new commitment among the ’60s generation to social consciousness and activism.
