Join us in beautiful Edmonds for a hilarious comedy play everyone can enjoy! This modern send-up of a classic story will have your whole family rolling with laughter.

Murder on West Moon Street by Rob Urbinati follows the impeccably mannered Lord Arthur Savile, whose orderly life is upended when a palm reader calmly predicts he is destined to commit murder. Terrified of bringing scandal into his upcoming marriage to the sweet and trusting Sybil Merton, Arthur decides he must “get the murder over with” before the wedding — a wildly misguided act of Victorian responsibility.
His increasingly absurd attempts to fulfill the prophecy lead him from poison to explosives to the dubious services of Herr Winckelkopf, an anarchist-for-hire whose incompetence only deepens the chaos. Meanwhile, Arthur’s family, fiancée, and household staff misinterpret his erratic behavior in hilariously incorrect ways.
The truth finally surfaces in a twist that reveals the prophecy was never what Arthur believed. Order is restored, love survives, and the comedy ends with the delicious sense that the upper classes have learned absolutely nothing.
