Celtic Cowboy BBQ in Edmonds Celebrating Its 1-Year Anniversary

Pulled-pork sandwich special today and ribbon-cutting Friday.

Edmonds' , as part of its one-year anniversay, will be offering specials and holding a charity barbecue as part of the festivities.

The store, owned by Steve and Lisa Freeman and located on 70th Avenue West, today will be offering $5 pulled-pork sandwiches all day.

On Friday, a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Mayor Dave Earling is scheduled for 4 p.m.

Sunday will be the annual invitation-only charity barbecue for Celtic Cowboy BBQ, was a catering business. There wil be $1 off any purchase for those who bring donations to the Lynnwood Food Bank. 

In addition to the celebrations, Celtic Cowboys' big smoker—Big Antone—will be part of the Edmonds July 4 parade on Wednesday. Then, the business will be serving Painted Hills smoked hamburgers and cheeseburgers, pulled pork sandwiches and smoked chicken baskets from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Civic Center Playfield before the fireworks show.
