Edmonds Man Who Died In Highway 99 Crash Identified
The crash happened on Monday along Highway 99.
EDMONDS, WA - The Snohomish County Medical Examiner has released the identity of a man who died in a crash along Highway 99 on Monday. The crash happened just before 4 a.m. in Lynnwood, according to Lynnwood police.
The victim was identified as Jose M. Avalos-Velazquez, 52. Velazquez' cause of death was blunt-force injuries of the head and trunk. Velazquez was the only person involved in the crash.
The accident happened along the 18200 block of Highway 99, which is just south of 180 Street Southwest.
